This is like a repeat of the Cedar Fires of 2003, we have Santa Ana winds, between 30 - 80mph and the fires are out of control. Several of my friends have been evacuated already about 30 miles away, and where I live, we are told to be prepared to evacuate. The problem is the high winds prevent the air water tankers and helicopters from doing water drops and retardents. The terrain where the fire started is so isolated, its nearly impossible to have the firefighters get in there, thats how it got out of control.

One person was killed, and 4 firefighters have been burned and taken to a burn center hospital.

Please keep us in your prayers, this is a very serious and dangerous situation for so many firefighters, families living in the path of these fires, and their homes, farms, horses, and other animals.
